At a recent conference, EOS announced Global View, a Data Analyser and Monitoring Tool which is a powerful new Windows based Application EOS have developed to assist Corporate members to securely analyse their data within an EOS Exchange or across EOS Exchanges globally.

This tool can be used to search, retrieve and analyse data from the documents sent/received section in a members account. This information can then be categorised either by documents sent or received to/from an individual or a selection of trading partners listed on the exchange. Global View can also be used to search for data within documents sent/received or by subsidiaries/branches of a trading partner, across any number of EOS exchanges globally.

This tool uses Web services accessed over SSL (Secured Socket Layer) to then utilise the data which is transferred with 128 bit Encryption, to the client‘s PC where it is decrypted and analysed by the tool.

Globally, the tool can analyse data within documents sent/received by exchange members that are pre-recognised and authorised as subsidiaries/branches (Which requires authentication from the subsidiary/branch) in their member profile.

• The search can be based on any criteria set by the trading partner. Virtually any field/data in the document can be searched and the results analysed.
   

• Search criteria can be saved for future re-use
   

• Search results can be saved in Text / Excel / Word document or PDF formats.

Locally, the tool can also be used by a Trading Partner to analyse the data in documents sent/received by themselves.
The search can be set to perform automatically at set time intervals to monitor changes in the data. The data result can also be plotted over a graph to visually monitor data changes
