The EOS Network has a global central host that monitors and
administers all the EOS switches worldwide. The central host also acts
as a repository of information pertaining to system maintenance,
service templates and general switch support. The complete EOS network
is built on open standards, and uses a web service architecture to
communicate and linkup with each EOS Switch worldwide.
All EOS switches worldwide provide multi-device support for user
access. Information can be viewed by the users over a desktop, laptop
or mobile device. Moreover, users of a particular EOS Switch in a
country/ region can take advantage of the “EOS Global Roaming”
facility, to be able to access data from any part of the world. This
means that trading partners who are members of both regional /
international switch can use the EOS services from any location
