IT specialist, Giuseppe Conti has been appointed by on-line business to business procurement exchange company, EOS Technologies, to spearhead its newly launched Qatar operations.

The trilingual, Italian-born IT expert, will be responsible for managing the growth of the recently opened Qatar branch of EOS, in addition to leading a team of specialists to provide online access to business communities and help local organisations evolve on an international scale.

A combination of Mr. Conti’s professional yet creative background and his extensive ‘on the ground’ IT experience makes his man management skills unique to the industry. Mr. Conti’s desire to offer superior IT solutions and build a strong, happy team at EOS Qatar, adds a new outlook of an industry usually perceived as populated by isolated individuals.

Mr. Conti says, “I am a great believer in creating a happy, healthy work environment, through personal man management and the constant development and motivation of each and every team member. This is the only way we will achieve our objective of providing IT solutions that are superior to any others currently on the market.”

Mr. Conti brings with him almost ten years of experience in IT infrastructure and support for multinational corporations across Europe. Prior to this, he gained seven years of experience as an electrical engineer before traveling to the UK for three years to further his language skills and study for an honours degree in Digital Systems Engineering. During his time in the UK, Mr. Conti also gained extensive customer service experience in various temporary positions.

Prior to his appointment with EOS, Mr. Conti worked as an IT Manager for MGM Home Entertainment in Paris, Brussels and Madrid, where he was responsible for the company’s IT infrastructure as well as the provision of support and connectivity to remote users across Europe.
